I've been trying to get somewhere with , I have a good chunk of the next chapter written but I'm not really happy with it. the problems I'm having is that up until this point in the story the plot has been quite flowing but from this point onward I'm going to have to change the pace of the story and that is presenting some problems for me, I don't want to lose the rhythm I had going (yeah I know with this long a gap between chapters its hard to believe there is any kind of rhythm at all). So I kind of find myself stuck a little bit. I quite fancy knocking out a one shot just to get myself back into the writing frame of mind but I'm really in need of some ideas - all the ones I currently have floating around have the potential for much longer more involved fics.

So anything you guys would like to see me tackle in a one-shot? Or just any bright ideas or challenges you've seen that you think would appeal to me?

Also if anyone is trying to contact me via my googlemail account don't be offended if you get no reply, I haven't been able to get into it for a few days now.

I got absolutely no sleep last night, I got into bed and watched a little TV then about 12:30 or so got up to go to the bathroom and was confronted with the mother of all spiders - this thing was frelling huge with big thick black legs. I thought my phobia was getting better and in many ways it is but I simply cannot cope with something that big so instead of sleeping I spent last night curled up in a ball rocking backwards and forwards and just generally freaking out. Finally managed to drift off about 4 am but was awake again at my usual time of 7:30 so I'm now completely knackered and still a little edgy jumping every time the ties on my cropped trousers brush against my leg. I'm so pathetic. :(
